P21-M smuggled cigarettes seized in Zambo City; 7 nabbed

MANILA – Authorities arrested seven individuals and seized PHP21 million worth of smuggled cigarettes in a maritime operation in Zamboanga City, the Philippine National Police (PNP) reported Thursday.
